The back office system can be used in the yard for pre entry of livestock (facilitating the printing of lot labels removing the need for glue and pre printed labels) and can communicate real time with E.I.D. (electronic identification) systems. E.I.D. systems can be provided to fit any scenario and any budget, from simple handheld readers that download information to the back office system to high flow race readers at the entry or exit of sale rings.

Use the stock analysis to find and contact vendors & purchasers. Establish who traded with whom, trace lots by type, area, postcode & more, then contact them by; text, e-mail (attach sale reports and catalogues). Share Register

The Share Register module enables users to keep a list of all shareholders (and groups of different share holder types). It prints share certificates and keeps an electronic copy against each share holders account. The system prints dividend cheque or BACs payments. Functionality includes - transfer or sell shares and keep a record of these transactions searchable by date range.

This is a contact application that enables you to have your company database on your mobile phone, to search for a customer and call them, text them or record that you have visited them.

If you are recording a visit then you can enter notes about that visit. There is an option to view all contacts for the previous 30 days on the phone on a day by day basis and all of the information is automatically updated back to the Newline NAS CRM system.
