After studying Graphic Design at college Joe began working at a local I.T shop building and repairing workstations and I.T hardware along with his elder brother Ritchie. Joe began working at Newline ASP in early 2007 and has worked through several roles within the company.

Joe married Katherine in 2015 and live along with their two young adult children, Sarah and Joe. Away from work, Joe and Katherine enjoy travelling the world. When not cruising or flying abroad Joe can usually be found in the garden or the greenhouse depending on the weather. Joe Also dedicates his free time by fundraising for Barnardos (a national children's charity)

Ritchie has worked full time in IT since 2000, previous to this he trained by working at a local computer store after school and at weekends since the release of Windows 95. Ritchie started his work at Newline in 2006 as first line support for hardware and network before moving onto more software related work.

In his spare time Ritchie is a keen Crossfit and powerlifting athlete and has won several regional competitions.

Nick started out working for W R J Greenslade & Co in Taunton initially part time while still at school and then full time after leaving school. This is where his passion for auctions really started and after being heavily involved in getting a computer system installed at Taunton Market left there to join Newline in 1987. During his time at Newline he has development his software knowledge with evening classes and hands on development in the office.

Nick has travelled all over the world installing and training auction computer software and been heavily involved in the development of most of the current auction software. In 1998 Nick made his first trip to New Zealand to see how they ran their auctions and after adapting the software to meet their requirements has managed this operation ever since.
Nick is married to Sue and they have 3 lovely grown up girls, Alice, Emily and Maddie.

Away from the office Nick likes to get his running shoes out and goes out running with Torbay Running Club. Nick has run 3 half marathons in the last few years and also has a very keen interest in football and rugby but only now in a watching capacity.

Andrzej moved from Poland to UK in 2005. After a short period adjusting to the new reality of a different country he started working for a local IT company - being responsible for computer repairs, network management etc.

From there, Andrzej worked as 2nd level technical support for Toshiba department where he advanced his customer and IT skills. Andrzej joined Newline ASP in 2011 as a technical support person and over time climb the ladder to his current position.

Outside of work Andrzej is married to Nikki and they have a wonderful son Ryan. He loves sailing with his friends as well long treks in mountains.

P.S. As his name is not possible to pronounce correctly by anyone at the office, we started calling him AJ shortly after he started working for us. The name stuck and now he uses it more often than his real name

Richard has worked at Newline ASP since 2003. Richard has worked hard to overcome the challenges of dyslexia to achieve a BSc Hons in Zoology at Aberystwyth University followed by an MSc in Computer Science at Kent University.

Since he was a child, Richard has loved animals and has worked at various zoos including Jersey Conservation Trust and Howletts Wild Animal Park. He would often spend his school holidays working on his Gran’s dairy farm and wanted to work in a sector related to farming. Richard met his wife, Charlotte, at Aberystwyth University and they have two children.

Richard started out at Newline on the support team, with his main role focusing on website development. He then became part of the software team before moving on to manage the support team. Richard is currently the Operations and Project Manager at Newline.

Nigel crossed the Irish sea after leaving school in 1985 to team up with cousin David (DJ) and has never looked back and is still here today. Nigel is the longest serving member of the Newline team and has seen many developments and innovations over the years. Along with David, Nigel in his early years helped develop, install and train the Estate Agent package all over the South West. With a keen interest in problem solving he then embarked in helping develop Newline’s core package the Livestock Market Suite.

Nigel has travelled far and wide all over the UK and Ireland helping install and train this package. In later years he has taken up the role of Support Manager and enjoys helping solve complex issues and now assists the software team in problem solving.

Outside of work Nigel takes a keen interest in DIY, gardening and sport. In his youth and for many years Nigel was a keen hockey player and it was through his love of hockey he met his wife Lynne. They have two grown up talented boys who both have a passion for cricket and you will see both Nigel and Lynne every Saturday in the summer months listening to the sound of bat on ball. Indeed they have travelled as far afield as South Africa in their pursuit of cricket, although Nigel’s ideal holiday is bombing down the pistes at high speed.

Richard has always loved the outdoors as well as a variety of sports. He played hockey and swam at county level, completed Ironman 70.3 on Exmoor and the full Ironman Wales in Tenby. Richard continues to keep his hand in at zookeeping at home where he has several pets including chickens, a snake, a budgie, a tortoise and guinea pigs. He also keeps bees to satisfy his demand for honey.

Conor has worked in IT since 2012 - starting off as an apprentice at a local school and over time climbed the ladder to become a Team Leader, with overall responsibility for IT at another local secondary school.
During this time, he learnt the ropes of network administration & providing technical support across the organisations multiple locations.

Conor joined Newline in 2016 as a member of the support team. Since joining, he has furthered his interest in Software Development and been involved in some of Newline’s new services like Live Streaming.
Conor now works as part of the software team – providing fixes, new features and exciting new services to our clients.

Outside of work, Conor has a keen interest in gaming and runs 3 gaming events each year which are attended by people from around the UK. He also shares an interest in rock & alternative music.

Based at the Midlands office in Staffordshire, Anil brings a wealth of experience in the field of electronics to the company. After his initial studies in electronics in the 1980’s Anil gained employment with Icoms Electronics, a firm well established in the industry specialising in Micro and Main Frame Systems. The role was based in-house, but Anil’s skills and knowledge enabled him to branch into the Field Service Engineer path, quickly securing a role with a Newbury based company DTM as an engineer delivering computer support across the North of the UK.

Within these roles, Anil continued to develop his knowledge base in Operating systems and experience of deploying new hardware, server installations and maintenance of operating systems. It was during this period, in 1995 that Anil first became acquainted with Newline ASP.
Anil took the decision to go self-employed for a while, but as a people-person he missed working as part of team, and following consultation with Newline was delighted to become a full time member of the company in 2001.

Anil’s role as a Field engineer for Newline sees him covering the length and breadth of the UK. He particularly enjoys face-to-face contact with Newline’s client base, and strives to ensure optimal operation of Newlines’ systems and customer satisfaction on site. When not in the field, Anil is also a regular member of the IT help desk.

Anil married in 2018 and together with his wife Sarah they have 4 children – Joshua, Emily, Lloyd and Georgia – all young adults and regular visitors to the family home!!
Anil and Sarah are keen advocates of the preservation of historic homes and buildings, and weekends are usually spent rambling through places of interest or across neighbouring Peak District. Anil is also passionate about Hi-fi systems and Music, enjoying Live-music events with Sarah when opportunity arises.

David has worked in IT since 2007 mainly in and around the agri-food sector but has also ventured into the education sector during his career to date, covering almost all areas within the sector from Server Administration, Network Installation, LAN & WAN maintenance, Virtualization to end user PC, Laptop, Printer installations etc.

David joined Newline in 2014 as a Customer Engineer and provides technical support to all customers of Newline ASP as well as setup and install of all Newline’s infrastructure at our client sites providing Server installations including domain migration and data transfer, software and hardware (pc’s, printers, laptops, thin clients, routers/switches etc.) installation testing and training with our clients.

Outside of work David is married to his wife Nichola and they have two grown up daughters Amy & Zara and have recently been blessed with two beautiful grandchildren Arthur and Haydn, when not spending time with their family David and Nichola enjoy nothing more than holidaying in the sun and relaxing, David is also a keen angler with one of the most prolific salmon rivers right on his doorstep he can often be found at his local river in pursuit of Salmo salar.
